I took this @ 1AM while chasing a storm for some premo lightning shots.
Like all my photos nothing has been digitally enhanced in any way. During my time of playing with street lighting, I've tweaked my ability to manipulate nearby street lamps for dramatic and subtle color contrasts.
The sky effect is just me taking advantage of an overcast night with the lights of the city illuminating the clouds.
